Great turnout for Solidarity Christmas Market 2025 with more than 4,000 visitors in Palau Robert

25 · November · 2025

More than 50 collaborative organizations and companies have supplied products and services.

We have concluded our fourteenth annual fundraising market of Christmas at Fundación Villavecchia with an impressive turnout: 4,000 people have visited the Solidarity Christmas Market celebrated in the Palau Robert of Barcelona on the 21st and 22nd of November, helping us fundraise an impressive amount of 40,500€. These funds will be used to fund the support programs for children and youth with grave illnesses and their respective families.

The event was possible through the participation and commitment of more than 50 collaborative organizations and companies, who have supplied products, services, and resources that make the Solidarity Christmas Market unique, diverse, and impressive. From food to artisanship, clothing, and children’s toys and accessories, the collaborating companies have demonstrated once more that social responsibility can foster a real and immediate impact. Additionally, we have been accompanied by one of the stars from Els Llums of Sant Pau, who have lit visitors’ paths starting from the Palau Robert’s garden.

The Christmas market’s structure was exceptional; a multifaceted campaign, the support of communications and state institutions, the presence of more than 30 cultural and fun events, and the colaboración of many influencers and digital publications have helped superado the Villavecchia Foundation’s message to thousands of people. The event has become an anticipated date of the Christmas calendar in Barcelona.

Above all, this success would not be possible without the remarkable commitment of the technical and volunteer teams at the Villavecchia Foundation. People who, with profesionalismo, sensibility, and enthusiasm, have worked for weeks in organizing this market, coordinating with companies and collaborators, host activities, decoration, helping visitors, and bringing life into every corner of the Cotxeres building of Palau Robert. Thanks to all, the Solidarity Christmas Market is now not only a space to purchase Christmas products: it is a place where medical care, community, and the collective willingness to better the lives of those that need it most is valued.

From the Villavecchia Foundation, we want to express our deepest gratitude to all the people who have participated in this event’s iteration: companies, visitors, the media, content creators, collaborators, and most of all, the volunteer team and the team who has made the grand conclusion of this charity week possible.
